Arb was easy to connect with and arrived on time and explained the water filtration system he uses for external windows. He was diligent and thorough including cleaning 2 skylights by hand on the roof. He removed all screens and cleaned outside to ensure no mess inside the property. His pricing is competitive compared to others we have used but by far he did the best job. We will use him again.

We’re based in Provincetown and serve Cape Cod.
We can travel outside Cape Cod for an extra fee.

2 Do I need to be home?

Interior work: someone must be there to let us in, (unless agreed with client differently).
Exterior only: you don’t need to be home if we have access and pets are secured.

3 What does a standard window cleaning include?
Typically:

Cleaning of the agreed interior and/or exterior glass
Light wipe of sills/ledges

Extras:

Screens, tracks, hard-water removal, and restoration, etc., unless listed on your quote.

4 How do I book and pay?

Book: via our online form, call, text, or email at info@prishtine.co.
Pay: [cash/card/transfer/etc.], with a 20% deposit to secure the booking and the balance due on completion of job.

5 What if I’m not happy?
Tell us within 72 hours and we’ll review and offer a free touch-up if it’s related to our work.

Final decision on safety (ladders, heights, storms, ice, etc.) is ours.

5 Satisfaction & 72-Hour Touch-Up Guarantee

If you see an issue with our work, contact us within 72 hours of the service, with photos if possible.
We offer a free touch-up on the affected areas if the issue is due to our work.
This does not cover:

New dirt (rain splashes, pollen, sea spray, kids’ fingerprints, pets, etc.)

Permanent stains, mineral deposits, scratches, or damage we advised cannot be fully removed.

6 Recurring Service

For regular cleanings (monthly, quarterly, biannual or commercial frequencies):
Rates are based on consistent maintenance.
If visits are skipped and the job is significantly heavier next time, pricing may be adjusted.

7 Changes to These Terms
